Ontario also confirmed that they stopped issuing Notifications of Interest for their Human Capital Priorities (Express Entry) Steam on February 16th, 2016. They stated that they expect to receive their new allocation of nominations from the Federal Government in November of 2016. They further stated that they may be able to accept new applications for certain stream in six months time. They did not confirm which streams this would include.
On May 6th, 2016, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program updated their In Demand Occupation List.
The list has decreased from 57 occupations down to 21 occupations, which are now eligible for the Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category and the International Skilled Worker Category Occupations In-Demand Category.

It has given valuable insight into a number of details that were previously unknown for most people applying to, or already in, the Express Entry Pool.
