With the end of 2019 fast approaching, several provincial programs are no longer accepting applications as they have fulfilled their 2019 quotas. They will re-open in 2020 when they have been allotted new quotas by the federal government. Other programs will not be issuing provincial nomination certificates until 2020 as they currently have enough applications waiting in the queue to be assessed to fill their 2019 quotas. For those provinces that work with an expression of interest system, they will continue to accept expressions of interest throughout the year.
