Express Entry Starts Low for 2019

On January 30th, 2019, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada did their first Express Entry draw for 2019. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada selected 3,350 people from the Express Entry system with a score of 438 or higher.

The applicant’s profile needed to be active and eligible as of January 30th, 201. The Tie-Breaker rule for this draw was April 26th, 2018. This rule only applies to those candidates in the Express Entry Pool with the same score as the lowest score selected in any draw. It does not effect those with a score higher than the lowest score selected.

This draw included applicants classified as Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Tradespeople, members of the Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominees.
