On February 12th, 2018, the Province of Ontario handed out 488 Notifications of Interest under their Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Stream.
This program requires applicants to have a valid Express Entry profile with the ICCRC, a valid Job Seeker code, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Comprehensive Ranking System score of 400 points or higher. In previous years, those who met the minimum criteria were automatically sent a Notification of Interest. Applicants cannot apply to the Ontario Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Stream without first receiving a Notification of Interest.
