Ontario hands out 89 Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Notification of Interest

On February 7th, 2018, the Province of Ontario handed out 89 Notifications of Interest under their Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Stream.

This program requires applicants to have a valid Express Entry profile with the ICCRC, a valid Job Seeker code, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Comprehensive Ranking System score of 400 points or higher. In previous years, those who met the minimum criteria were automatically sent a Notification of Interest. During 2018 Ontario will be handing out Notifications of Interest in batches to avoid a processing backlog.

During the course of 2018, Ontario will be handing out 6,600 Provincial Nominations through its various programs.

To date, the have issued the following Notifications of Interest:

  • February 7th, 2018 – 89 Notifications of Interest to applications with a Comprehensive Ranking System Score between 444 and 433
  • January 25th, 2018 – 380 Notifications of Interest to applications with a Comprehensive Ranking System Score between 444 and 433
  • January 19th, 2018 – 340 Notifications of Interest to applications with a Comprehensive Ranking System Score between 440 and 446
