As of December 17th, 2015 at 4:30 PM local time, Nova Scotia has put a temporary halt on the acceptance of new applications under the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry program. This is to allow their office to process their current backlog. Applications are currently taking 9 months to process. They will lift the halt in 2016.
